The next game we’re going to talk about is tag. In tag like conventional tag, one person
is in and everyone else is for themselves. You take the person who is “it” and you give
them a special arm band. That person goes into the field and when he is ready, he sounds
the horn to begin the game. Throughout the field everyone who is not “it,” tries to find
“it.” All the general rules apply one through three. You can eliminate anyone and you should
because what you’re trying to do is make sure there’s few people left on the field as possible
by the time you get arm band. The last person left other than “it” if he eliminates “it,”
he wins the game. If “it” eliminates him, then “it” wins the game. These games can go
from twenty to thirty minutes depending on the number of players you had and generally
speaking, it’s a derivation or a variation from last man standing.
