Paint.NET tutorial number 131 – Splatter on text with depth

Hello. Today I’m going to show you a tutorial on how to create this nice looking text. It has got a splatter with deph. So it doesn’t look boring and it looks interesting of course. So go to file – new. And create an image with size you want. 1280 by 720 – thats I’m going to use. Now swap colors. Click on black box. Change it to like a half. Go back to white box. Choose gradient tool, radial mode and drag from center to side. Of course you can use any other colors if you wish. So lets add a new layer. Choose black color for text. And text tool, any font, any size and write something. You can write seperate letters on seperate layers. To rotate something. So – K. Add new layer. Write some more, add new layer if you need. Something like that. And when you will have kinda this thing choose move selected pixels tool. Click on the first text layer. You can move it with left mouse button, rotate with right mouse button. So do some things that you want. Deselect, go to other text layer. Same thing. Deselect Merge all text layers together Go to background layer, add new layer. Go to effects – tools – custom brushes mini. If you don’t have any brushes on the right
side you can click this “add brush” button. Locate some brushes and add them. If you don’t have any on your computer I
have in my website to try on. So now change brush size to 600. And change color to whichever you want. Click ok. Choose brush that you want. And click on the center. Click ok. You can move this if you want. Deselect. Deselect. Dublicate that layer, move it to top. Go to text layer. Choose magic wand tool, set tolerance to like about 40. Hold left shift and click outside text. Go to top layer, hit delete on your keyboard. Go to effects – antialias. Click ok. Go to text layer. Effects – object – drop shadow. 0, 0, 0, 10. Click ok. If you want you can change any settings on that
plugin, but these are mine settings that I like. So now go to top layer. Merge layer twice. You can align text to center by going to effects
– align object or object align – center both. If you don’t like it moved you can also move by yourself. Deselect. Merge this layer down. And thats kinda it so thanks for watching
and I see you next time. Bye.
