MOANA: Tropical Princess 🌸 Face Painting & Makeup for Kids

hi guys this is Olga welcome back on my youtube channel and today I’m gonna teach you how to paint a tropical princess I’ll cut them wanna design I’m using a petal sponge and I’m starting with applying a background made of pearl blue colors I’ve made this fruitcake by my own and if you want to learn what colors have used and check out the description box because I have all materials listed there this is an asymmetrical mask where I decided to placed a wave shape over one brow and mimicked it on the cheekbone on the opposite side covering both eyelids with the same color will tie everything together and will generate balance which is essential for a symmetrical masks next I’m applying a sunset combination as a background on the forehead I flip the sponge over and blend out the yellow edge into the hairline this is optional but I personally like faded out edges [Music] while the paint is still a bit damp we can Sparkle it out with some yellow glitter and let’s add just a little bit of light blue glitter to the eyelets as well and now let’s paint the tropical flowers I’m using a one inch vent brush and making four petals of a one brow copying this flower on the opposite cheekbone as you can see each petal is made out of two strokes this is one of the essentials that you should train when mastering the one stroke technique overlapping the petals one by one will add more dimension to the flowers [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] if the colors didn’t turn out bright enough from the first stroke don’t worry about that just make sure the first layer is dry and overlap it with another layer of paint a fast and easy way to paint tropical list is to stencil them I love this new BAM stencil the leaf is slightly bended and can be perfectly adjusted on the three-dimensional thing as usual keep in mind that your paint should be very dry when stenciling so that the paint won’t leak under the stencil [Music] now it’s time to paint the waves and to highlight our design with white details crisp line work is essential for beautiful face painting I suggest you practice your swirls and teardrops as frequently as you can arrange the teardrops in clusters with one bunga central element and gradually decrease the size of the other ones by its side don’t forget to follow the same direction making them parallel one to each other and pointing towards the focal points of the outer corners of the eyes [Music] [Music] a great trick to fill in the gaps tie everything together hide mistakes and lighten up the design is to add clusters of dots and sparkles [Music] same clusters of dots of different sizes will great as centers of flowers I chose yellow here to balance the sunset colors [Music] last but not least I’m giving my Moana a bright magenta lipstick and our design is ready all done I hope you enjoyed this video please support me with a thumbs up if you really did subscribe to my youtube channel and see you soon my other videos bye bye [Music]
