How to Use a Paintball Gun : Paintball Strategies for Indoor Fields

Hey, I’m Adam Nelson and on behalf of expertvillage.com
we’re going to be talking about paintballing on an indoor field. But since indoor fields
usually have people playing on them we set up a field out here to look like an indoor.
Be sure where you want to go before you start. Now, also depending on the type of gun you’re
using, if you’re using a long barrel, stay in the back of the field because your shots
can go further. If you’re using a shorter barrel type gun, get in the front you’ll be
able to get shots off quicker and they don’t go as far anyway. Now the good thing about
when you’re playing indoors, you have the full cover like so. Obviously we’re not indoors
but we’re showing this is what it usually is like indoors cover wise compared to playing
outdoors with trees. Now some good things to do when buying this cover is stay low at
first and just look around your environment, be able to tell where the other teammates
are when they’re firing. Then from there decide if you want to pop out from the top or pop
out from the sides of the cover like so. Now sometimes in the fields it’ll have things
tall enough to where you don’t really need to crouch and you can stand. An important
thing to do is stay as close to the cover as possible. Make sure from behind there won’t
be any way for them to shoot you, you can move accordingly like so. Don’t be afraid
to switch up your hands depending on which hand you play with depending on your cover.
It’s also okay to stand up top and take shots but just make sure where you’re shooting and
where the other teammates are that you’re not shooting at so they won’t get a shot on
you.
