G.Hermosillo says: January 26, 2013 at 11:00 pm I like how do you show how to put colors that people doesn´t think that waves have: the contrast between dark an light very important , not white becuase is is childish , you give a good explanation , about rithm and composition, I can recommend this , because e is very difficult to express in few minutes, I like very much, of course, for some people blending is dificult… so perhaps you could add something about. Reply Christopher Robin says: March 23, 2013 at 1:11 am You are amazing!! Reply Dragonfly [Sagatiaej] says: April 20, 2013 at 10:29 pm Where is the first video? Reply Maud Smith says: May 6, 2013 at 1:45 pm bripainter explains what he is doing but he doesn't show how to create what he has painted, perhaps on his other videos he will explain which brushes to use and the mixing of colours-but I do appreciate whatever I can learn from his teachings. Reply manuel felix says: July 4, 2013 at 5:29 pm Excellent. Creating atmosphere for a landscape is quite a challenge, and you did that by using highlights, and value colors on your palette. Light is everything, and your eyes are the best camera ever. If you work from photographs be aware that you lose 10 per cent of the light on each surface of the lens when you snap a shot, and cameras tend to even things out in flat like kind of way. Reply BriPainter & Learn2Paint - Learn How to Paint says: July 5, 2013 at 2:48 pm True, but cameras are invaluable, they capture lots of things your eyes miss in the moment. But I love to paint on location when possible. As for the light loss in a camera it's less of a problem than the color shifts and trouble with high dynamic range images. Us painters just have to make up for it Reply BriPainter & Learn2Paint - Learn How to Paint says: July 5, 2013 at 2:50 pm I recommend the simply paint waves and rocks video. It should cover a lot of your questions like colors and brushes Reply BriPainter & Learn2Paint - Learn How to Paint says: July 5, 2013 at 2:52 pm Search how to paint waves, or see my channel Reply Maud Smith says: July 8, 2013 at 10:47 pm Thank you very much, I manage to sell but I really only acheive what I paint by accident.
