Custom Painting STARBUCKS CUPS with Posca Pens?!

Hello! Today, we are going to — Whoa do you hear this echo? Wooow. So today we are going to paint some Starbucks cups with Posca pens. There’s gonna be a lot of cool cups in this video. So… stick around… So I got this idea from my friend Creative Carrah on Instagram. She is notorious for decorating Starbucks cups. They look awesome. Like look at this – right here. She’s pretty good. So I’m gonna leave her Instagram handle down below, because She’s really awesome and she lives like 15 minutes away from me, which is even cooler. Cup number one… see what damage we can do! So as you can see we’re making the first cup ultra festive because we are excited for the holidays. Right? Let me know if you are. I decided to make the logo into a little bit of a wreath and do greenery and swirls around it. And then I decorated the other sides of the cup with trees and snowflakes and fun things. What’s your favorite holiday? And also try to guess mine down below if you haven’t taken the hint. You might be wondering what on earth is going on with this cup. That’s okay. I purposely waited to tell you until now just to add a level of anticipation. So there’s stripes everywhere Dark, green light green what is going on? I decided to turn this cup into a cactus. I don’t really know what inspired this except, well, I have a lot of plants.. Okay. I have a plant problem, but we don’t need to talk about that. So yeah, I’m turning this into a cactus and adding all the little details with the Posca pen and This one was so fun. I think I enjoyed this one the most in terms of making it just because I don’t know. It just, it was really inspiring and it wasn’t a difficult design, but it was a really fun one I think anybody could do this one if they wanted to. All right, here’s the cactus reveal but I have a magic trick are you ready? BOOP! There we go! Here’s the next cup. Blubbleflies! Look at the little cuties! Awwww! All right, I’m gonna need a large cup for my next idea I hope this works maybe a large cup for this one is a little ambitious? So, I want to do like a sunset that blends into night if I can Wait, okay. Let me let me arrange the colors if I just can do that much then I think we’ll be good so if I start off at the bottom of the cup with yellow then blend to this and then this. I don’t want orange. I think I would go straight to pink, and then like this, you know the bott- bottom is gonna be the yellow because I want the night sky and this is difficult to hold, so I’m gonna sit these here, so I remember my colors. Got our cup. Boom. I’m just gonna color stripes on the cup first. Wait, how many colors we go? Isn’t that sound satisfying? Yeah, this pen is actually smearing this Starbucks paint on the cup like, the ink. Crazy. Stripe number two Aah, my camera’s dying, this isn’t cool! I don’t know if I charged my other battery pack… Almost done with all the stripes. This is cute! It’s really cute. Just trying to do some blending Okay, this cup was seriously taking forever and then I stopped at this stage because it looked so cool So here’s a little peek But let’s get back to adding details Because I definitely want to do the clouds in the sky and have it blend up to nighttime. I’m really excited about this part. So I hope you enjoy it. If I had to say how long it took me to make this particular cup, I think it was two or three hours but the time kind of went by fast because I was watching Netflix and This was my favorite one to work on Other than the cactus, I really enjoyed the cactus too. This one was just a lot more detailed, though. So if you had to choose which cup it was your favorite let me know in the comments. This one is definitely mine. I love, love, love how the sunset blends in with the night with the stars and the moon. and everything the colors are really happy. Starbucks, I would drink out of a cup like this! For all of you who are wondering what I plan on doing with these cups, I definitely plan on repurposing them and putting odd-shaped Christmas presents inside of them So that’s my plan. And I’m probably gonna give one to my friend Evie because she works there and she gave me these and she’s awesome So, yeah. All righty.
