Thanks so much for featuring him, Graeme 🙂 Great interview and painting demo! Reply lkiezl says: September 18, 2016 at 3:04 am Student grade artist paint does fade so these paintings must not be hung on a sunny wall. Reply Edith Wolf says: September 19, 2016 at 9:49 am Thank you , it is always an experience to watch if such Stunning images arise …. Simply Fantastic Reply lkiezl says: September 20, 2016 at 6:04 am I quite agree cheap paints are good to begin with. I do find it alarming when I see artists who are selling work using it. Actually Matisse paints withstand the sun the best, pigments rarely change when hung in full sun for long periods. Reply Tiger Lily says: September 22, 2016 at 7:14 pm I have a question…doo you prep the canvas at all before adding the coloured paint? Or do you just paint directly on the canvas bare? Reply Mindy Horstman says: October 28, 2016 at 5:23 am Like all the color. Reply Sue B says: November 9, 2016 at 2:18 am Hi guys, love the video and really enjoy your work Glenn. Question, what is the brand of the student acrylics that you use Glenn, and is it ok to use it for artwork to make as gifts? I have heard that cheaper paints tend to crack or break down over a period of time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ☺ Reply Faith Whatevers says: November 13, 2016 at 11:47 am Wow! Reply SkipperDutchy says: January 8, 2017 at 11:03 am LOVE IT!!! I have to give this a try, thanks so much for sharing 🙂One question tho, I was told in an art supply store that you shouldn't mix water with the paint because it loses its adhesion qualities or something. Is that true or were they just saying that to get me to by the expensive pouring mediums etc? Reply Grace Griffin says: January 15, 2017 at 5:48 am Hi Glenn. Do you ever have a problem with under-binding? What amount of water do you think is too much when added to acrylics? Have you found that you can add more water to some brands? Thanks for the lesson. Very curious, as I'd love to be able to liquify cheap paints like this, just afraid of it falling apart on me. Reply Sueli Rodrigues says: February 19, 2017 at 8:54 pm Que lindos trabalhos!!!!
